Job Description: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (Remote/Hybrid options available)
Central Michigan Care’s Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) practice behavioral therapy using the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) under the guidelines of the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and provide supervision to Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) and Behavioral Technicians (BTs).

As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Position Summary
The BCBA will provide clinical leadership, behavior analytic services, and supervision for clients receiving ABA therapy. This position works collaboratively with Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and our clinic team to develop individualized treatment plans that produce meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.
Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans.
Provide adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification (97155).
Conduct caregiver training and parent education (97156).
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
Review client progress and analyze treatment data to guide clinical decision-making.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in virtual and/or in-person clinical meetings as appropriate.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Ensure all services meet BACB ethical standards and applicable payer requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Ability to obtain or maintain all credentials required to provide services in Michigan.
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote work.
Preferred:
Experience supervising RBTs remotely.
Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Passion for mentoring staff and supporting families.
